Digg, is a social networking site I use at work. I can log on to Digg, post the url of the blog I had written that day on my site, and share it with my Digg friends. Digg is pretty much a site you can go to and view the sites, articles, and content that people find interesting and post on their digg homepage. In order for stories to appear on the Digg homepage, they must be "dugg" or liked by Digg users. From experience, it is definitely hard to get people to "digg" the content you are posting, especially if it has to do with health insurance.
