China censors just about everything...

So my topic for our individual projects is Google in China. I've been doing a little bit of research on the topic and stumbled across some pretty interesting topics. Due to everything going on, Obama is on the brain in the U.S. and apparently he is also on the brain in China. He is striving for political change, etc. and China is seeing a big problem with this for their own people.

China reported Obama's speech to the people of the country, however it was drastically censored. Barack had mentioned the word "communism" as well as some other pro-democracy statements (which we in the States find extremely normal and acceptable), however in China, those phrases are hidden from their people. Any speak of people having a say in the government or being able to make a change from the old government is extremely avoided and prohibited in China.
